Error replicating Public Folder DB from Exchange 2007 to 2010

Hello TechyV buddies!

I am having some problem with Microsoft exchange. I have searched on ways in moving or replicating folders on ms exchange 2007 to 2010. I have followed the steps given by Microsoft in replicating vs moving folders but that did not work because an error occurred. Here are the steps that Microsoft have given me: 1. Create PF DB on 2010, then 2. Via the 2010 EMC, choose a folder you want to replicate, right-click, choose replicate, set  couple parameters (such as schedule), 3. Pick the 2010 destination, and click "Make the Magic Happen!"

After doing the steps the error just came out. The errors are these:

I have tried to solve this error but I can’t find any solution. I am also logged in as administrators so if you think the problem is about the permission then I think you are wrong. I can access the server but the error above is the only issue I am having right now. If there is anyone out there that can help me solve this problem please reach me through this site. I will really appreciate the effort in helping me solve this problem. Thank you!
