This error is coming from Symantec application. You can fix this by having these two updates installed in your pc

SAVCE 10.1.5 PP1 AllWin EN

SAVCE 10.1.5 MP1 AllWin EN

If this doesn’t fix your problem I would recommend you to uninstall any Symantec application installed in your PC and re install it with a newer setup file.
