I am exercising MindGenius and it was certifiable. However at the present day while I am attempting to begin MindGenius. I received a licensing error message. What is this and how I can remove this error please help me?

If you have recently run registry cleaning software this may be the cause. Reinstall MindGenius to restore normal operation.

This is a known issue with MindGenius. Simply click on the Start button and then type appwiz.cpl and locate the MindGenius to remove it. Open your Registry Editor and expand the folder HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT>vdsp and delete it. You can also call the MindGenius support to report this issue.

Hi Vivian R Simpson,

I have faced the same problem myself.  I have a solution for you.

  • Switch on your system, Click the Start button, then click Run.
  • Type appwiz.cpl and press Enter.
  • Locate MindGenius and click Remove.
  • Click the Start button, then click Run).
  • Type regedit and press Enter.
  • Expand the folder structure to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT > vdsp
  • Delete vdsp.
  • Close the registry editor.

Still, if you get an activation error message call MindGenius to retrieve an activation code on this number 01355 24 7766.

I hope it will do the needful.
