Solution 1: Connect a power cable.

If your laptop is running with battery, Connect a power cable to make sure that the problem is not because of dead battery. Make sure that both ends of the cable connected properly. If your computer is running on an AC adapter, then make sure that the cable coming from it and going to it are properly connected.

Solution 2: Disconnect from docking station

Disconnect the laptop from docking station, if your laptop is connected with a docking station.

Solution 3: Remove external peripherals

Remove all the external peripherals such as mouse, USB devices etc connected to your laptop to make sure that the problem is not because of these peripherals.
