Hi all,

Whenever I go to sync my iPhone 3GS with the help of iTunes, I always get the same error message, which says, “The iPhone cannot be synced. The required file cannot be found”.

After going through sync options in iTunes, I found that the problem is due to Apple Aperture 3 library, but I don’t know how to solve it. Please suggest me any helpful solution for this.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hello Mannddytiaa,

To solve that issue is quite simple.

The Photo Cache may have become corrupted and therefore what you will need to do is just get rid of it.

The following are the steps.

  1. First you will need to close iPhoto on your Mac.
  2. And then go to the Finder, and after that go to your HOME folder.
  3. You will then open the PICTURES folder, and after that navigate to the file called “iPhoto Library“:
  4. You will need to right-click on that file and then select “Show Package Contents“
  5. In the Package Contents folder, you will need to find and then right-click on the file called “iPod Photo Cache” and after that  “Move to Trash“:
  6. And then you will Empty your Trash, and then close the Package Contents folder.
  7. Re-sync your iPhone.

Regards,

Carl
