Problem encountered while playing the file in Windows Media Player

Good day Everyone!

I encountered a problem while playing the file in Windows Media Player. The files are saved in my computer then problems came up. Can anyone tells me why i encountered this problem and How can i  play files using  Windows Media Player ?

Problem encountered while playing the file in Windows Media Player

To resolve that issue, you will need to try the following:

• Try using windows update, or you can go to the manufacturer's website and check if there is an updated driver needed for the application.
• You can use the device manager to check the status for the sound device and correct any issues in case you find them. The following procedure will help you check the issues:
  • Click on start, and then right click Computer and then click manage.
  • Click on device manager, and then expand Sound>>Video Game Controllers and after that look for the name of the sound device.
  • Fix any issues the device may be having and see if that will resolve the issue.
