JetBrains Reshaper 7.0 installation error

Hello everyone, Yesterday i was trying to install JetBrains Reshaper 7.0 on my Windows seven PC.

I got an error message and the set up was not completed.

How can I solve this?

There is a problem with windows installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run.

Contact your support personal or package vendor.

JetBrains Reshaper 7.0 installation error

Hello Neil,

You will need to try removing Java using Windows Cleanup utility.

You can be able to use the utility to get rid of the installation information for those programs that were installed using the Windows Installer.

Note that the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility cannot be able to remove the actual program from your machine, but it can be able to remove the installation files so that to allow you to start the installation, upgrade, or do uninstallation.

Once it is removed, you will reboot your computer and after that try to install the latest version Java.
