Tansee iPhone SMS always waiting problem

I installed Tansee iPhone SMS Transfer software in my Windows XP 64 bit Sp 2 system.  I connected my 8 GB iPhone 3G to my PC and launched the program.  Why is Tansee iPhone SMS Transfer always waiting for the iPhone when my iPhone is already connected?

Tansee iPhone SMS always waiting problem

Hello,

Step 1 -Check if your phone is properly connected to the computer. If it is connected than follow next step.

Step 2 – Run the application as administrator. Right click on the application icon. Click on Run as administrator.

Step 3 – Uninstall the application and install it back again. If still it doesn't work then follow step 4

Step 4- Install the same application in other computer to check if it is a compatibility issue.
