Find on page fails in Google chrome

I am facing this issue since long back on my HTC Android Mobile. Assume that i have opened a website in Google chrome mobile browser and would like to search for a word in the page which is just open. When I do find on page it returns nothing telling that no matches were found. But in reality the words are present in the page and i can read the word in my own eyes. What is the issue with Google Chrome? How to fix this error from causing me great trouble shortly?

Find on page fails in Google chrome

Find page fails issue in Google chrome internet browser of HTC android mobile is due to the enabled condition of ‘use hardware acceleration when available’ option. Disable the option ‘use hardware acceleration when available’ to solve the above issue. You can follow the steps to resolve the issue;

Step 1: Open Google chrome browser -> go to Settings

Step 2: Click on ‘show advanced settings’.

Step 3: Disable the option ‘use hardware acceleration when available’ from system option.
