Configuration error on Nokia Software Updater

Recently,  I went through a weird problem when i try to update my friends Nokia 5800 Music Express via Nokia Software Updater Application. The message that i got in the Nokia Software Updater application is below.

How can i update Nokia 5800 Music Express via Nokia Software Updater Application?

Configuration error on Nokia Software Updater

Hello Roger,

To resolve that issue, you will need to do the following:

• First off you will need to uninstall Nokia PC Suite as well as NSU.
• After that you will need to restart your computer.
• After that you should download latest version of PC Suite as well as NSU.
• Install it in your PC and after that restart the PC.
• Next, you will need to disable the firewall as well as the antivirus software on your computer.
• And then you will connect your mobile with PC using original data cable.
• Allow the PC to detect your mobile.
• After it has detected and connected, you will need to run NSU.
• Make sure that you do not run any application while running NSU.
