Syncing iCloud on IOS5 on iPad2 instead of using iTunes

I want to know if it is already possible for iCloud to be synched on IOS5 on iPad2 instead of using iTunes. I was able to play iTunes on an earlier version of Win XP machine, but still prefer the latter because I was so disappointed about Apple’s position that they would not offer support to help with the problems in Windows 7 even though they were the ones who caused it with their 64-bit update in the first place. Apple’s last update made iTunes not compatible with PCs anymore, and it’s disappointing that they are unwilling to help resolve the problem.

I also want to import from Outlook a CSV file into the contacts in my iPad2. How is that done?

I truly love my iPad, and I’m sorry that I couldn’t help but express my disappointment after what I’ve experienced in the kind of support or lack thereof of Apple to its costumers especially when they don’t involve themselves with the issues regarding Window 7 problems. Apple support is less than impressive.

Syncing iCloud on IOS5 on iPad2 instead of using iTunes

Hello Bernado,

I do really think that iTunes is essential for you to be able to synch the iPad with iOS5. But in case you already have iTunes and it is refusing to work then I think you will need to restore the iPad, and thereafter do a reinstallation of iOS5, but this time ensure that you set up a new device. Also ensure that you get a new apple ID just in case you do not have a working ADC which is required to get your icloud to work.

In case you need to use your old ID, you can add it back later for the stores and iTunes, but then you will not be required to synch it to a backup. You will thus need to reinstall your songs and other applications to your ipad.

You can also try isolating one USB port on the back of the PC, and this is meant to maximize the power and speed so as to stop the times outs. You can also break up the files into smaller bites and then do multiple sync's and see if that is going to be helpful to you.
