Tell me is Asus Secure Delete any good or not

I have heard about Asus Secure Delete a few days ago.

And I was wondering if it is indeed that good.

A friend of mine told me about it, that it can make deleted data unrecoverable.

I have a Asus laptop, and if this program is so good I could really use it, because I don't want some of the files I have deleted to be recovered or found by anyone.

So in your opinion, is Asus Secure delete any good?

Asus Secure delete is a good data deletion software and ensures that data recovery utilities cannot recover any deleted data, another alternative to the Asus Secured delete is the latest Ccleaner, this comes with a drive wipe utility which cleans up the free spaces or entire hard disk, the deletion process and depth is determined by the number of passes selected.

It might be worth using both programs just to be sure.
