Good day Sammy!

This question is very easy and I am excited to answer this for you. To clarify, you  are just changing the language setting from English to Arabic in MICROSOFT WORD using Windows 98 right? The good thing about this program is that MS Word allows you to write the documents in different languages. You can even use it as default language.

Follow these simple steps for you to be able to write in Arabic in Microsoft Office Word:

From the START Menu, open Microsoft Office Word 2007.
Click the Microsoft Office button and then select WORD OPTIONS.

Choose LANGUAGE SETTINGS and select your preferred language which is Arabic in the list.
Click ADD and press OK.

I hope I answered your question quickly and accurately.
Enjoy!
