I purchased Endpoint Whole Disk Encryption (Safe boot) and 11 licenses. I am having difficulties with the manual. The instructions for installing it seem different. Instructions involve running EEM, configuring a database, and running EeePC on the server. Isn’t EeePC supposed to be run on client machines?
It also says it’s the evaluation version, even though I have the license.
Help with installing Endpoint Whole Disk Encryption
Hello Rick Mars,
For sure EeePC is meant to run on the client machines on endpoint, and this could just have been a problem in packaging the software. The manufacturers should have possibly packaged the wrong manual to with that endpoint that you have, but it is a problem that you can fix.
You will just need to contact the supplier of the product and explain to them your case, and they should be able to help you by replacing for you the software and giving you another one, or they could link you up with the manufacturers so that you explain your case. But I am sure that the supplier will help you with that as long as you still have the warranty.
