Advice on free website blocking adobe?
Hello there,Â
In order to block some sites, you need to change the proxy, indeed. But you can also do this with Adobe, and all the info you need to do this is in this site : https://eformservice.faa.gov/helptopics/help/eForms/block_or_allow_web_site_trusts.htm .
Once here, you can allow or ban a number of websites you need. Just follow the steps and you will get your job done.

Advice on free website blocking adobe?
Rather than configuring your proxy, try blocking it using your firewall. I believe you can trace what the IP address of the website is, and include it on the restricted lists on your network firewall. If your employee needs the Adobewebsite as a reference or knowledge base to help him in the task he has, why block it right? I think your main concern are websites like YouTube and others. It can be of great use for users' knowledge base if used properly, but again if not, block it using the instructions above.
