Greetings,
Am having iPhone connection problems especially when I connect to WIFI, I have iPhone 4s.
Am not sure what the problem is, I called customer service twice, also I called Apple but the problem still unsolved.
Anyone else having this? Or have any idea what can I do to fix it? Also I lost wifi often when iPhone 4s are on free wifi.

Hello Stella
Many people seem to have similar kind of problem but still no support from apple. Strangely there is no certain fix for the problem. However I found some information for you. Check out if any of this works.
1. Turn off the N part of the wifi and only run the G broadcast, it may make the signal stronger and the access more consistent.
Go to Wireless Settings > Advanced Security Settings > In the Level 3: Limit access to certain wireless devices section Click on the 802.11b/g/n Mode label > set 802.11 Mode: to Legacy Mode (802.11 b/g)
2. Switch off your router completely i.e. from the main switch itself. Wait for a few minutes and then turn on the router and check. Alternatively you can click on the Forget Connection and set it up again.
3. Reserve an IP address for your iPhone to avoid any conflicts. Google search for your specific router should describe this process (please note this is different to a static IP). Change the channel your router is set on.
Make sure the network is either unsecured (not recommended) or using a WEP key. It must not be any WPA security as this is the cause of the problem.
4. Reset your router using the Reset Button on the back of the router and power it off for a few minutes. Turn it back and see if it works.
Try using WPA security. Use the default DHCP settings and let the router auto-assign an IP address. Hope that helps.
Best regards.

Dear user,
I have done a research for you via mac and iPhone forums for your query, it seems that the problem might be occurring because of the restoring from back up or something same like this, so, I think this solution will work for you. What you need to do is to reset the Network Settings in your iPhone 4S. You can do this by click general, then click on the reset button, then choose the reset network settings.
Hope this will help you.
Thank you.
