I am using Office 2007 in my Windows XP and is planning to create Purchase Orders for few my Suppliers using MS Access. I would like to auto generate purchasing orders on Access by exporting the data from the access database.

Hello,
First you install the software after installation completion; you need to access extended setup from the sales order setup, Now you have to select the part number and the setup screen for the extended solution.
Now the image which enable in front of you , check the Enable Extended solution box and activate Extended solution.
You can be view manual the extended solution by clicking the Manual button text to Enable Extended solution box and you can also be check it by Extended Solution control center.

If you want to make a purchase system then i suggest you to do this thing by using some of the computer language (Java,C#) so that you can get a complete application and you can easily use that thing.
And you can also easy can hide that data which you do not want to show to others. For that thing you have to learn a little after that you can easily make your own application or you can get it for some price. You can get the training from You tube easily.
In Ms access you have to first made the database and after that you have to set the primary keys and foreign key in order to move your data and after that you have to set the design of the database. This is how you can make it.
