Explanation on handwriting fonts openoffice?

Hi Experts,

I am having open office on linux.I tried to use handwritten fonts on openoffice.Do anyone know on handwrting fonts openoffice.I need to type a word file using handwritten fonts.Thanks.

Hi there, First click Windows then go to control panel then click fonts add a fonts that you want. Restart your open office or just turned off your computer and on again. And by the way I searched a site that might help you to improve your handwriting fonts just visit this website http://guindo.pntic.mec.es/~jmag0042/kidfonts.html. All fonts are working including the open office.

             I will give you the link of different sites which has many fonts. You need to search on these sites and find Handwriting fonts. These websites also had instructions how to put Font into Font Folder.

Explanation on handwriting fonts openoffice?

Hello Emsley,

To be able to use handwriting fonts in OpenOffice, you can use the Adobe Type Manager. For instance, if you open a document that has used Garamond, but you have not activated the font in the Adobe Type Manager, in case you have configured the Adobe Type Manager so that it be able to tell where  "extra' fonts have been stored,  the application will simply find the font, and then activate it so that the document will be seen like it should be, and after that it will de-activate it when you close the document.

Another important feature that is not included is a Windows version of the software. It will very nice is something like that was included in Linux.
