Roxio GameCapturePad has stopped working

Hello,

I have Microsoft® Windows Vista™ Home Premium with Service Pack 2.I am using an HP Elitebook 8440p with a system memory of 2GB.

While trying to run the software that comes with the Roxio Game Capture Box, I receive the following error

 

 

Roxio GameCapturePad has stopped working

"A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.

Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

Roxio GameCapturePad has stopped working

Dear Melanie,

It appears to be some recurrent crash.

Try restarting your PC and then Right-Click on the Program icon and click on "Run as Administrator"

If that does not solve it then Right-click > Properties > Compatibility

Check the Run program in compatibility mode box and select any older windows version.

If this also does not work then you need to Reinstall your software.

Hope it solves the problem.
