Ups circuit board switching on problem

I am using v guard ups, my ups is not switching on, i checked all connection, may be its a circuit problem, how to check the circuit

Ups circuit board switching on problem

Hello,

Ups are very complicated and should be handled very carefully. If you are an expert, than try to solve the problem. Or else take it to the expert or to the company service center. If you are not an expert don’t try to repair it as it may lead to electric shock.

Ups circuit board switching on problem

 

There are several portions in the UPS that plays an important role in switching from Electricity to Battery power. If you are an expert and can handle or troubleshoot such devices then the primary thing that you must check is a RELAY. Relay is used to convert electrical energy into mechanical, so it is the main thing that switches from one source to another.  After rely, you must also analyze the following portions in your UPS,

·         Microcontroller Program

·         UPS base kit

·         Switching Kit including Relay.
