Error while quit iTunes after importing songs or videos
Hello Sharon,
Â
How are you doing?
First of all, try to call or email apple customer support. Try uninstalling your apple itunes and then download and install the latest version of apple itunes. Check it out in here https://www.apple.com/
You also need to apply permissions to a file folder. To be able to do that, please follow the instructions below:
-
Click the folders
-
Click properties
-
Click add> permission> OK
For more information just click the link below:

I hope it helps. I'll be happy to help you.

Error while quit iTunes after importing songs or videos
Do you have full access to the folder or drive where your iTunes software saved the file to? If not, choose a different folder, one that you have read and write access to. If this does not help, try and also make sure that the folder or drive where you save your files into has enough space to accommodate the file or files being saved. If you have enough space, try downloading the latest iTunes version and uninstall then reinstall your iTunes installation. If this does not help, try disabling your startup items and non-Microsoft services and see if that helps. It may be one of your other applications that’s causing this.
Error while quit iTunes after importing songs or videos
Hi Sharon Bryant,
Your  iTunes Library cannot be able to save files such as videos and mp3s might probably because of the following reasons:
-
Might probably you don't have granted full permission in the folder and all its folders.
Â
* to solve this follow what is instructed in obtaining permissions in the Operating system you are presently using.
* If still nothing happens try to disable the User Account Control.
Â
    2.  Or might probably the iTunes directory is included in the Virus Scanner.  Have it excluded.
    3.  Or it might be because the space memory of your iTunes library is not enough for saving such videos and mp3.
  * let your iTunes Library keep updated to remove unnecessary files.
Â
Hope this might be help you.
Thanks
