Tool that will do automatic rename scanned documents

Hello Friends, Is there any tool that will do automatic rename scanned documents and arrange it in batches, so that it will be easier to organize. I am using Windows XP and the scanner is Epson SX600FW, Please suggest a tool that will support my OS and scanner. Waiting to hear from you soon.

Tool that will do automatic rename scanned documents

 

Hi,

 

I have been reading your question and I am willing to share these tools that I am using to help me out convert and edit files or docs from pdf to docs. Some converter is hard to find or operate but on this  tool I can do the conversion without any worries, download and learned it. Here are some pictures for your reference:  

 

Download the SwissConverter_2.1, then save it on your desktop and get on this  toolbar to save on your default browser for easy used of this tool.

 

        

after downloading and saving the .zip file, hit File Tools on this tab to guide you for what kind of file docs do you wish to convert and  edit to open the docs the same.
