Asus live update download win 7 easily

I have been running ASUS live update for 2 days straight now, and it is still not done with the updating process, it's still trying to download the files. Is there an easier and faster way to do the updates?

Hi,

When you are downloading Asus Live Update, Temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall. When finish the download make sure to re enable.

If it doesn't help us to use DriverAgent to identify any out date drivers. You can download it from here:

• http://www.driveragent.com/asus.php

Or

You can download all the drivers and updates from:

• https://www.asus.com/support

So you can uninstall the live update and save your time.

Hi Darnell Wiliams,

I have suffered a lot with the thing. Then I uninstalled it.

Now, I use Windows 7 which has an auto update option. It works very much well rather than Asus Live update.  If you are using Windows 7 there is no need to download updates from Asus live updating software tools.

Hello Darnell,

The following are the things you will need to observe when downloading the ASUS live update for it to download faster:

• You will need to ensure that you have active and strong internet connection during the download process. It is will be better if the connection remains stable during the whole process.
• If you have other downloads running on your computer, or other updates running during that time, you will need to pause them or stop them.
• If you are also performing scans on the system you will need to stop them. You can as well disable the antivirus and firewall, but ensure to enable them once the download is complete.
