To create a system repair disc for your system do the following steps :

1. Go to Control Panel -> System and Security -> Backup and Restore
2. On the left pane, you can see the option "Create an System Repair disc"
3. Click on it to bring the System Repaid disc creating window
4. Select your CD/DVD Drive
5. Then simply follow the instructions as specified.
6. Finally the after repair disc is burned, check if it has burned without any errors.

If you want to use the repair disc, boot your system, with disc on your drive, and press OK if prompted. Hope this helps!!!!

Creating a system recovery disc is very helpful because it can provide you system recovery options that will allow you to repair Windows in case a serious error happens. In Microsoft Windows 7, creating a system recovery disc is easy. To create your own system recovery disc, click “Start”, “Control Panel”, “System and Maintenance”, and then “Backup and Restore”.

On the left pane, click “Create a system repair disc” then just follow the instructions. Enter your administrator password when you are prompted and continue. The process may also require you to insert the Windows setup CD. When this happens, it means the files required to build the system repair disc cannot be located on your computer.

In this case, simply insert the Windows 7 setup CD on your optical drive and then continue.
