Hi, Experts! I am very busy with my website. Actually, I have less time to communicate with clients. I was thinking to send automatically email by weekly basis so that I can continue up communication. Is it possible by using outlook 2007 send weekly email automatically?

Well you can't send a repetitive weekly e-mail through Outlook 2007, you can only send emails at a specific time but not interval.

For that you need some third party software. I found one for you.

Check out this website LBE Email Scheduler.. It can help you with your jobs for a price. I think one copy is 20.00 GBP (Great Britain pounds).

Unfortunately, the Outlook does not have the feature you're looking for. However, there are plenty of 3rd party utilities that can be installed as the Outlook add-ins and will do the job perfectly.

 

My recommendation would be the one called SendLater. It is the utility that will schedule your mails just the way you want. it can be found and downloaded or purchased at: http://www.sendlateremail.com/.
