Hi,
I know that using the bcc option when sending an e-mail will enable sending an email to multiple recipients without disclosing the name and other details among themselves. Is there any other similar feature in Outlook 2007 that I can use to send a meeting request to many recipients while concealing their details?

A feature in MS Outlook that is similar to BCC
Hi,
Good news. After in reading your query, I very much got interested in such a feature in outlook, as it is a regular feature with me and my colleague to keep on sending / receiving mails, meeting requests etc. sometimes to and from to 50 plus recipients.
I was previously working by creating a user group. and manually adding them to the BCC columns.
However, my search revealed a very good ADD On to outlook, compatible to all versions of outlook above 2003.
This add in is called, Auto BCC for Microsoft Outlook, and can be downloaded from: https://www.ablebits.com/outlook-blind-carbon-copy-bcc-email-addins/index.php
This add-in is very easy to install and automatically adds BCC and/or CC recipients every time you send mail. You can create a BCC /CC for all outgoing emails, reminders, meeting requests, to the specified addresses only, or if the subject line or the attachment name contains particular words.
A BCC will be sent for all outgoing messages, whether it is a new e-mail, an email reply or a forwarded message / meeting request.
Some of the screen shots for configuring the add-in are attached here.
This add-in has a onetime cost of USD 29.95
.
