My CDRoller application has encountered a problem

Hi,

My CDRoller application has encountered a problem. I received an error message while going through the data recovery option. It is indicating a fatal error. The screenshot of the message is as under.

If you have any idea for the fatal error, please help.

Hello King,

There are two reasons why you might be getting that issue, and there are as follows:

• There could be a problem with the application that you are using to extract the application itself and therefore you will need to try using an alternative.
• The file that is being extracted itself may be corrupt.

My CDRoller application has encountered a problem

Hi King,

I'm not sure that is the application problem. Can you recover another tracks (#1 … #18) from THIS disk? A possible solution can be the following:

• CHECK (mark) the 'Read damaged sectors as is' box in the CDRoller settings (preferences)
• Recover the problem track again. Use 'Recover Selected' option of CDRoller.
