I am struggling trying to insert a picture in MS Office. I saved the picture in jpg format and I want it to be affixed in the statement line.
I am working on a design, in which I have to add graphs, tables and pictures. Kindly give me detailed instructions.

There are a couple of ways to insert pictures in MS Office. One you can open the picture file using a picture viewer application or MS Paint or other picture processing software just highlight the picture. Right click, choose Copy.
Then in the MS Office program, I assume this is MS Word, just right click on the Document and choose Paste.
You can also use keyboard shortcuts CTRL + C to Copy after highlighting the picture, then CTRL + V to Paste into MS Word.
You can also just click on Insert at the Menu Bar, then click Picture then browse for the picture you'd like to insert. Select picture and click Insert. You have your picture inserted !!!

Hi, Its very easy to attached any image to ms office. First go to your image and after selecting it press CTRL+C, Than Open ms Office and Click on Page and press CTRL+V
