Hi Trevor, I’ve looked for PC-Cillin virus scanner and I guess it no longer exist for downloads. Why don’t you try looking around the virus scanner software you have for helpful links that could direct you to their homepage. It is most likely to be found in the “About” section of the software.  I would like also to note that it is near to impossible that you could download any reliable full version virus scanner for free.

After researching, PC-cillin Internet Security was purely a virus scanner and is now named as Trend Micro Internet security. It now has many components like antivirus, firewall web protection. If your version of PC-cillin is from 2007 and later then it is still supported by Trend Micro.
 
And like the previous comment you can check the "About" section of the antivirus software to know the details and to go to their website and get the updates needed to upgrade if your version is supported for an upgrade. 
 
If your version is PC-cillin Internet Security 2006 or 2007  you can upgrade it free to Titanium Internet Security 2011 on their support website.
