Hi,

There are many online free CMS scripts to launch like joomla, drupal, wordpress, blogger etc., You can use one to launch your online school. If you want it like a forum then you would use phpbb or any other forums script to launch your online school and if you want to design a special script you can hire any freelancer to work from many websites.
