“there are insufficient privileges and that should log in as an administrator.”
I use the OS Windows 7 in 64-bit. I use Skype in it. Nowadays I am facing a critical problem. I have already marked it out that I can use Skype effectively until a warning/alert for updating is appeared. To get rid of this problem yesterday I began updating the application.
While the updating was going on, I faced a problem and needed to cancel the updating process. The astonishing fact is that my cancelation erased the installed Skype too. At present I am facing trouble in installing the latest Skype version. In the installation process I am shown the following error message.
"There are insufficient privileges and that I should log in as an administrator."
I am the administrator as well as the only user of my pc. Now I want to know exactly what is happening there i. e. what the problem is.
Further to mention, sometimes another error message saying that Skype failed to create folder is appearing,
"C:ProgramDataMicrosoftWindowsStart MenuProgramsSkype?"
Once more, I've been facing some other administrator problems which are similar to this problem. The same thing happens while I try to install ABBYY, Silverlight in my pc.
Although I have used MS's Mr. Fit It, I am still unable either to install or reinstall any of those programs. The following error message appears for Skype.

Log on as administrator or contact your system
administrator.
Retry Cancel
It needs to be mentioned here that the same error takes place in the cases of two other programs.
