Hello Friends 

I am being looking for some software that will easily convert sound of different format. 

I specially need some that will help sound of ac3 extract wav. 

I have large file of wav sound which need to be converted to ac3

Yes you can convert your .wav file to ac3. It is possible and always make sure that the operating system you are using right now is currently updated and recommended updates are applied.
