I have a low quality video which is in 3gp format. I want to edit the video by converting it into a high quality one. Which software would be best to edit the low quality video? And which format would be a good one to convert?

Want to edit a low quality video

I've done some research and I found out that Handbrake is best open source video converter. I recommend that you convert your video into AVI format. It's very popular video format and widely used. Handbrake is free software but capable of doing hard tasks. I posted link of it's official site so you can review it and download.
