Error with my directv username and password.

Hello experts,

Error with my directv username and password. When I tried to access directv with my correct username and password that I used during the registration, it was unsuccessful and says your username or password is incorrect please try again. How can I retrieve my directv account username and password? Thank you.

Error with my directv username and password.

Hello Kyle,

Well, you will need to make sure that you are using right password and username to access directv, for a small mistake for instance using capital letters when you used small letters may cause the error that you are getting. If you cannot be able to login completely then you might just want to recreate a new account with a fresh username and password.

Error with my directv username and password.

 

 

Hi Kyle,

 

Since the username and password is not working, I suggest that you

retrieve those information by doing the steps below:

 

 

– Go to the directv.com website and select My Account on main page

– Point your mouse to Forgot Password?

– You need to input the email address which was associated with your account when

   you first set it up, and then Click on Continue

– The next screen will ask you to for your security answer, type in your answer   and click continue, if in case you forgot it, you need to choose I forgot my  security answer.
