Dear Daniel,

Use the Windows Add/Remove Programs utility to uninstall the software.

  • Go to My Computer
  • Click on "Uninstall or change a program"
  • In the list that you will now see, find the required ASUS  program and click on Uninstall
  • It will confirm the uninstallation. and you are done.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

I can help you uninstall the Asus protect Manager Credentials from your computer. Please try the following steps:

>>Make sure the program that you are trying to remove is not opened on your desktop.

>>There may be other programs that uses Asus protect manager on your computer. Check if such programs are running on your computer.

>>Try restarting the computer and perform the removal.

>>Check whether the program can be removed from safe mode.

If the above steps do not help, you’ll need to manually remove all the Asus Protect manager files from your C drive. Before you do that I suggest you to create a system restore point to be on the safest side.

Thanks and regards,

Skarbos Jay.

If the program failed to uninstall the first time try running its installer to fix any corrupt files. Sometimes when a program fails to uninstall, the culprit is a corrupt file. Reinstalling the program usually fixes the problem. After reinstalling, uninstall it again from the Control Panel. Click “Start”, “Control Panel”, and then “Add or Remove Programs”.

Go along the list and look for “ASUS Protect Manager Credentials”, select it, and click “Remove” or “Uninstall”. Restart your computer if required to complete the uninstallation process. If this method still failed, download and install Revo Uninstaller Freeware. Follow the instructions to unpack. Once installed, launch Revo Uninstaller. Select “ASUS Protect Manager Credentials” from the list and click “Uninstall”.

Revo Uninstaller forced uninstall

Follow the instructions afterwards. In case the program won’t uninstall, try clicking “Forced Uninstall” instead and see if it works.
