Problem showing avatar for trillian

I uploaded an avatar for my trillion few months ago. But recently I noticed that the avatar is not showing. I tried to upload it again but still the avatar is not visible. Please tell me how can I make my avatar for trillion visible.

Hallo Kevin,

You will need to check the size of the Avatar that you are trying to upload and ensure that it is within the limits allowed. Some sites are specific on the size that the avatar can have and therefore if you exceed that it will definitely not show. Also make sure that you have a strong connection to the internet when uploading the avatar.
