Hello guys I am a new Video Editor.I started my journey to Video Editing World and still learning. Now I need editing subtitles in avi format software. Can you please tell me what software I will purchase and how much it cost me? I am using the following configuration Desktop:

1. Operating System : Windows 7 (32-bit)

2. RAM              : 4GB DDR3

3. Processor     : Core i5

4. Graphic Card     : 1GB ATI 5850
