Windows 8 browser problem (shutting down)
Hi Amie,
Windows 8 Operating Systems only supports Internet Explorer 8 you can always updates your old browser into the new one.
Â
This software as i have heard, cannot supports 3rd party plugins.
Â
If this error cannot be resolve, is much better to install another Operating Systems like the older ones, Example Windows 7.
Â
There are laptops specifically design for 1 Operating Systems just like my DELL Laptop before as i experienced it only be compatible with 1 Operating System and that is Windows Vista 32 bit, if you install other operating systems or even Vista 64 bit, there will be a problems with the driver like soundcard and graphic.
Â
It will not work, unless Windows Vista 32 it. You can also research the compatible Operating System on your Laptop brand, so that it would not shutting down again.
Â
Thanks,
Â

Hi,
Windows 8 operating system is new and has not hardly faced to problems. But it is also possible that problem is in hardware of laptop.
You will try this solution:-
1 Format your system drive and try to reinstall your copy of windows 8.
2 If your windows are genuine then must star windows update and get newest update from Microsoft windows.
3. Install a good antivirus, so Windows system file would not crashed by any virus.
4 go to company store and let him to check you system hardware that working properly.
After All solution I think you will have no problem to your laptop.
