Hi,

My Palm-emulator was encountered a problem running on an Ubuntu 9.10 operating system. I collected two SDK package and reinstalled it. In this position, I received an error message. Have a look at the error message below. Please help me to get a remedy of this issue.

Novacom Not Running

In order to install or debug applications in the Palm

Emulator, the novacom service must be running on your

desktop. 

Please verify that you have the latest Palm SDK installed

correctly.

Hello Hall,

Before running the palm emulator. Start Novacom services on your desktop.

"NovacomD" is the command for starting the novacom service on your desktop.

After starting the novacom service, try running the emulator.

This should work.

If it does not work check if the path of the program is properly set. Also check if you are using the latest version of the emulator. If not, get the latest version of it. 

The program should be used in admin account.

Hope this would work.
