Well you can use "Edraw Flowchart".Its free and easy to use. But there are many other options available to you.

You can use "Lucid Chart" to make flowcharts, even diagrams, ULM sketched and ER models if you are into this stuff.

You may also use Microsoft Visio. Download it from www.office.com and purchase for full version or try it free.

If you are a developer you may wish to use "Athtek Code to Flowchart or "diamFC flowchart generator".
