If there is no spyware issue found, why is it needed to set up the Service Pack 2 (SP2) on Windows XP Home Edition as a result of the impossibility of finding server for the Internet through Road Runner?
Find Server through Road Runner High-Speed Online Service
Well, if there is no spyware issue detected on your computer, then is possible that the operating system that you are using has compatibility issues, and that is why you are getting a message telling you to install another service pack of the windows XP home edition. As it is with computers, some of them have been designed to work with operating systems that of some version, and some of the things that make the versions differ are:
-
The service packs – some computers will work well with service pack 1, others service pack 2 and so forth.
-
The bits – some are 64 bits while others 32 bits.
And therefore for your case, you will just need to install the service pack windows XP as it is recommended for the computer to work well.
