I bought a new router recently. And just within a few days, the connectivity issues have started. I have this problem only with my laptop and other devices seem to work fine. My power router 10 professional is detecting the network, but I am unable to connect. I tried resetting, unplugging and replugging, but it didn't work. Can anybody please help me with a solution for this issue?

Hello there Guy,
Maybe your problem resides in your network card that is why you cannot connect to the Internet using your router. Please do check it under device manager if it has been installed correctly and if the driver is not missing. Please do click Start -> Type Device Manager -> Select Device Manager. In Device Manager, look for your network drive. If there is an exclamation mark, then the driver is not installed and you need to click it to download its driver.
Hope this helps you.
Regards, Roland.
