Nerve Express Software installation issue

I installed Nerve Express Software on my machine a few weeks ago. My computer had XP installed earlier on. Now when I press on the Nerve Express icon the program fails to start and shows this error message,

Protection violation

Check if correct marx protection key is plugged in.

Nerve Express Software installation issue

Follow the procedure below to solve the problem you are having when trying to access nerve express:

• First you will need to install Database Support updates for the nerve express application (and these updates should be the latest MDAC and MS Jet subsystems updates which you will get from the Microsoft website). In case you have the Nerve-Express Installation CD, then you can find the updates from there apart from the Microsoft website.
• Done that, you will then need to connect the appropriate USB MARX Key to the computer USB Port.

You have to be aware that each Nerve-Express Version has a unique USB MARX Key for software protection, and therefore make sure you get the right one.
