Control Center3 failed, try can the image again

Hello,

For scanning documents I am using ControlCenter3. Even I have reinstalled whole system with Windows Vista now I am having some problems with this program. When I want to scan something first he needs a few seconds to start and than I got error message. How can I fix this? Please help

Please try to scan the image again, if the error happens again please restart your computer, and then try to scan again.

Control Center3 failed, try can the image again

First of all you have to make a folder in your hard disk and then you have to download the uninstalling tool in this folder to uninstall the drivers,download the tool from this site

 

After downloading it you have to extract it as it will be a compressed file, after extracting it a folder will be created. Now open the folder,find the file name Dellnf32.exe and open it,now the uninstalling tool will open with a dialog box, select your correct model, click OK, now the uninstalling will start.After uninstallation remove your interface cable and restart your system.Now Download your latest drivers of your model and install them.
