I’m using Microsoft Excel 2003 and I need the Engineering notations of it.
Can you please send me the link on where I can download it?

There are many places on the internet where you can download the engineering notations for ms excel 2003, and I will suggest that you try the following:

Go to Google and search for 'excel 2003 engineering notations PDF'. Make sure that you quote PDF so that the links that you will get are those to PDF files.

You can also search without the PDF part.

Search the notations using Wikipedia.
Also try Google books. You can get a whole book with notes about the excel functions that you want. All you need to do to open books.google.com and search there.

Click Engineering Notation for Microsoft Excel to download the ZIP. The ZIP file contains an add-in for Microsoft Office Excel so you can format a cell using Engineering Notation. The add-in contains all the macro functions and subroutines. It also includes an HTML file that can help you as your reference.
After downloading the file, extract the contents, and check which of the files the add-in is for the Engineering Notation. According to the author, the add-in for Microsoft Office Excel is named dNumUtils.xla. To install the add-in, copy it to “C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeOfficeLibrary”. This is required so that all users will be allowed to use it.
Once the add-in is installed, you can find it under Tools, Add-Ins. To use the add-in, start Microsoft Office Excel then click Office Button, Excel Options, Add-Ins, select dNumUtils, and then press OK. It will then attach, load, and activate the add-in. After that, open dNumCheck.xls. Click Yes when Microsoft Office Excel prompts you to update the references.
This will change all locations where the add-in functions into “#NAME”. To fix this, find and select dNumUtils.xla using Edit, Links, Change Source.
