Could not send/receive MMS on my iPhone.

i have bought my iphone 3g but i can not send/receive MMS on my iphone, how to fix this problem? what is the solution for this? my service provider is not 3g, is it because of this?

Could not send/receive MMS on my iPhone.

iPhone 3G is capable of sending and receiving MMS messages. But you need to obtain the correct configuration depending on your provider. Ask them for the proper configuration and they will send it to you via text message. After that Save the configuration and try sending an MMS message again. Remember that there is a fee for sending MMS messages so the best person to call is your mobile provider. If you still cannot send or receive, connect your iPhone to your computer, launch iTunes and restore your device.

Could not send/receive MMS on my iPhone.

MMS service requires that your phone should be having internet connection for it to work, for the MMS messages are transmitted over the internet, and therefore you will need to make sure that your phone has active internet connection. Do the following:

• Contact your mobile service provider and inquire from them the procedure for obtaining internet settings on your phone.
• Use the procedure to get the settings, and when you receive them save them on your phone.
• You will need to restart the phone for the settings to be effective.
• Go to MMS and enable that service.

Once you have done that, try creating an MMS message and then send it and see if it will be delivered successfully to the destination.
