Is Call animated GIF possible in S2?

I have a 32 GB Samsung S2 I9100 that has a Dual-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A9 CPU, Mali-400MP GPU and Android OS Jelly Bean.  Is there a way an animated GIF image would show up on my screen when I receive a call?  I need tips in call animated GIF.

Yes! There is quite a few apps that can act as a animated GIF image on incoming calls on Samsung Galaxy S3, an Android Operating System, what you can do is log on to Android's market place and search for these app. There are many apps available on the Android market place or play store.
