Problem lpt virtual for laptop, I need some advise.

Hello,

While installing the lpt virtual for laptop. I got an error message that the port was not compatible with the software. What was this all about? Can you give me some suggestion that will be very helpful to solve this problem asap.

Problem lpt virtual for laptop, I need some advise.

Since you are looking for a virtual printer port program or virtual LPT, you may try using Printfil 5.13. This software lets you print from DOS, Windows, Unix, and or Linux to Windows printers via GDI, network, USB, PDF, email, fax, or virtual. You can capture from LPT1 up to LPT9 and then redirect the jobs. And you can also redirect the job to the printer that is physically connected to the captured port without any physical LPT port installed.

Here are some of its features:

• Preview printing.
• Include logos and or other images or pictures stored in separate files.
• Add color to the text.
• Print A4 landscape sheets in place of printing on dot-matrix 136-column printers.

This version works with Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Millennium, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows CE, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Unix and can be downloaded from SOFTWARE DIRECTORY

The latest version is Printfil 5.15 which is available at Print from DOS, Unix, Linux to Windows Printers: USB, GDI, PDF, Fax, Virtual
