Problem regarding Firefox 12 URL Advisor/Virtual Keyboard & Anti-Banner

Hi experts,

I am having a problem regarding Firefox 12 URL Advisor/Virtual Keyboard & Anti-Banner sorted by patch C.

Although it started working, but it did not perform successfully. Compatibility issue might have occurred.

While running Kaspersky pure password manager for Firefox 13, I got the error message like this.

Error

C:PROGRA~2KASPER~1KASPER~1.0KASPER~2MODULE~1stpass.exe

An error occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination directory:

MoveFile failed; code 183.

Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not recommended), or Abort to cancel installation.

Hello,

I can recommend several solutions to solve your trouble:

1. After encountering the error message, try to choose the ignore option and watch the result, have you tried it? If it’s work then nothing need to be done. If it’s not working, follow ext step
2. If it’s failed, you will need to do new installs of Kasperky pure password manager, because it might be an error in the system files. While doing the installation, choose full installation and after that reboot your computer.
3. After the computer rebooted, go to bin files located in the program files folder on the system drive, launch command prompt from windows search menu type “CMD” and enter, the program will launch and type scf/scannow to make reparation of corrupted bin files
4. Always update your Kaspersky program continuously, if the database already outdated then it won’t work

Hello Kristen,

Are you trying to rename the file, because according to the error message that is what you seem to be doing? 

A reinstallation of the program perhaps may help resolve the issue that you are getting.

You might also want to run CCleaner and see if it will fix the issues.
