Unable to install Windows Home Server 2003 msdn iso.

I am just not able to install windows home server 2003 msdn iso. Every time I click on the installation package, nothing happens. Rest all the functions work normally but installation does not. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi,

The windows home server 2003 MSDN file that you mentioned is an iso file. It is a disk image file that is not readable by the computer directly. An ISO file needs separate tools to become readable. There are many tools that are available to read ISO files. All you have to o is mount the iso files. A new virtual disk will be created in your computer. If you want to delete the drive you can click eject or unmount.

The most commonly used tools to mount ISO files are:

• Virtual clone drive – You can get it here – http://www.slysoft.com/en/virtual-clonedrive.html. It is very easy to use this tool. Just right click on the iso file and select mount. See the screenshot below:
